cannot access "add new" plugins page

  • After the latests update the back end of my site has been extremely slow.

    I cannot access my “add new” plugins tab.

    I cannot view the “WordPress News” tab and it reads an error message as follows – RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: connect() timed out! It also reads -RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to 2607:f8b0:4007:807::200e: Network is unreachable.

    I also cannot view “Latest From WPBeginner” tab and shows a little winking character.

    My Google Analytics went crazy and wouldn’t connect, so I tried re-installing which was a mistake since I cannot even get to “Add Plugins”.

    Please someone tell me this is a WP problem. I’ve already check with my host and they tell me everything is fine, when obviously it’s not.

  • Try deactivating some plugins if you can. Something is causing a conflict and if we can deactivate the plugin causing the issue, we can get things working again.

    It’s an issue with my host. After hours of trying to figure it out, I found out blue host is having major issues with their server.
