Cannot access admin panel

  • Hi, my website (SplooshDesign.Com) is up and running on the fronted, but I am unable to login or make any changes.

    I took a screenshot, but since there’s no way to upload it here that I can see, I’ll describe it:

    SplooshDesign.Com/wp-panel/ is literally a blank page. No errors, no text, nothing showing up at all.

    Just before this happened, I was logged in to the WP admin dashboard and trying to add media to my posts, but the media uploader and library weren’t working.

    I logged out, cleared cache and cookies, and then couldn’t log back in.

    I’ve tried 2 different browsers, and tried it on two different ISPs, and finally tried accessing it through a proxy, all to no avail.

    Have you tried deleting (or renaming) your .htaccess file? Also, have you checked your wp-config.php file to make sure it’s pointing to the right database?

    hey there, big issue as well and I am really desperate as I dont know what do to – i can not lgog in with my general admin, i know th eusername, but password seems not to work any more and I dont know the linked email – any clue how I find out / can reset password?

    I am a total loser when it omes to this so was not able to figure it out with jetpack help links..

    Hi splooshd!

    How are you trying to log in to your admin area? If you use:

    yoursite.com/wp-login.php

    You should be able to log in that way. If that doesn’t work, try disabling your plugins through your hosting’s cpanel ( or file manager ), or FTP.
