Cannot access admin section

    Hello Im very new to wordpress and I could use some help I′ve installed wordpress and put the information in the wp-config.php file and put it into Filezilla and I try to acces my site by writing the ip number I got in my mail when buying the site 0.0.0.0/wp-admin/install.php and it says Not Found

    The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server

    why are you using the IP number and not the domain name?

    It doesnt matter tried both just says Not Found

    The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server. can u think of any other ways I′ve might been doing something wrong?

    Check your root folder permissions or .htacess.
