cannot access Dashboard

    Take a deep breath. It’s a common scenario and many people before you have come right with this one.

    Have a look at this article: WordPress – Changing the Site URL and Home Settings. It give detailed instructions that cover making these changes via a number of options.

    If you don’t come right, let me know if you’ve actually moved the WordPress files or if you just changed the address via the dashboard (Settings > General).
