Hi,
After I’ve activated the plugin I cannot log in into the dashboard anymore.
/wp/wp-admin is not accessible
(This page isn’t working
andreinistor.ro is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500)

I’ve also tried logging in through wp/wp-login.php
After I submit my user/pass I still get the same HTTP 500 error.

I’ve also tried renaming “under-construction-page” plugin folder.
I still get the same HTTP 500 error.

I do have “Sucuri scanner” and “Worldfence” plugins installed.

What is going on here, can you please help me?
If there’s a potential conflict, you should warn users beforehand.

Use https://andreinistor.ro/wp/wp-login.php to log in.

I can’t say why exactly are you getting the 500 error without digging deeper into the issue. If you want us to look into it please contact support via the form in the plugin.

Thank you for the fast response.

As I was saying, I cannot use
https://andreinistor.ro/wp/wp-login.php
because I get the 500 error, so I cannot access the WP dashboard and the plugin’s form.

I can confirm err 500 on https://andreinistor.ro/wp/wp-admin/
but not on https://andreinistor.ro/wp/wp-login.php – opens without any problems

As a last resort – FTP to your site and rename the UCP plugin folder. It’ll deactivate it.

Yes, I can access the https://andreinistor.ro/wp/wp-login.php page. I input my data and I’m being redirected to https://andreinistor.ro/wp/wp-admin/ where I get the 500 error.

I did rename the UCP plugin folder through FTP and still got the same error when trying to login. I even renamed the sucuri plugin folder. Same result.

I see UCP is no longer active so we can rule it out as the source of the problem. Sucuri too. Continue renaming plugin folders one by one until you find the problematic plugin. If it still doesn’t work after you rename the last one – rename the theme folder too rule it out too.
