Cannot access email settings

I have been using AST for years. Some time after June 1, 2022, emails that should be sent when ‘Updated tracking’ is made are no longer sent. In fact, if I change the order status to ‘Updated tracking’, I get a WP critical error message and warning email. However, WP site health shows nothing wrong and the site is otherwise operating normally.
All other WP emails are sent. I went to Settings/Fulfillement to check the email settings (cogwheel) https://i.postimg.cc/R0nwK1nH/AST-screenshot.png. The link for the cogwheel is mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce-advanced-shipment-tracking&tab=settings, but if I click this link nothing happens. My email provider is Send in Blue and all other emails are being sent.
I would be grateful for any advice on how to fix this.
