    Hi,

I have just moved my test site on my local server to a live domain. All data transfered over – I can see it all in the tables, but I do not have a link for forums and if I go to the plugin page and click Settings for the forums I get on https://MyDomainName.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforo-community the floowing error message

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Looking in the user tables at three of my logins I have GroupID 6, 3, 1 but no matter which one I log in with, I can not access the forums at the back end.

I have also realised that I can see them on the from of the site – only if I am not logged in. As soon as I log in (at any of the above levels) all of the forums dissapear.

How can I get back into the admin for the forums?

    Thank you for your time.

Ok, Just realised I can not see all of the menuy – only Forums, Member, Moderation when I am logged in with GroupID 6. When Logged in with groupID 5 I can not see any of the forum admin and of course GroupID 1 I can not see any admin for anything as it should be.

When I am loeed in and can see the forum admin in the back I can also see the forums in the front, but none of the other times.

I don’t know your Group IDs, I can only say that you must be WP admin and wpForo admin. wpForo Admin usergroup is 1. And this is not enough to change, you should delete user cache after any change in table. User cache can be deleted using this SQL:
    DELETE FROM wp_usermeta WHERE meta_key = '_wpf_member_obj'
Make sure you table prefix is correct ( wp_ )

I ran that sql and still can not see the admin. Rechecked my group and it is a 1 – must hve been looking at another table or imagining things as been up all night trying to get this to work – and now the sun is coming up but if I can get it to show on the front then at least I can get some sleep ??

    Appreciate your help!

I am install a cache plugin as I have not done that yet. Maybe that will fix it.
