Hi there, I’m desperate – I cannot seem to access my website thisbloodyplace.com. I cannot even access the wp-admin. I checked my email and turns out that on March 5, I received an email saying that my password has been changed but I don’t recall changing it. I can still access the the files through ftp connect. My domain provider and webhosting provider are in the Czech Republic and they told me the issue is with wordpress. How can I fix anything if I cannot even log into my wordpress

I’ve also requested a password change but haven’t received any email so I really feel like I have no access to anything. My main worry is that I’ve lost all my writing.

There’s an error message saying that I do not understand

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks. All sorted – my webhosting provider restored older databases. Not a permanent solution but works for now

In my case problem was wp-settings.php which is not updated when updating WordPress in dashboard and update also stuck. Solve problem manually uploading wp-settings.php from 6.5.2 download package and this solve problem.

Thanks @tokkamedia, my wp-settings.php was not updated too. Uploading the updated file solve the problem.
