This is my hosts response, does it mean anything to anyone? I regularly back up my wordpress files through filezilla, but don’t know if that covers a database back up?
After extensive investigation it would appear that the issue is not server side related as the database connection itself works fine:
https://reppsgarage.co.uk/wordpress/databasetest.php
The issue however appears to be regarding the information in the database itself. As in we have noticed that all rows of data within your database table truewp_options are missing.
As there’s now way of getting this data back and not possible to check since when this was deleted, we recommend you to restore your database from a previous working backup:

During our investigation we’ve backed up your database and website so you can revert to the settings since the ticket was started.
database backup: public_html/database_backup/reppsgaragecouk_606875_db1.sql (has missing information – corrupted)
webfiles backup: reppsgarage.co.uk/public_html/wordpress.zip
