    After updating plugins, I am receiving an error message: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I am not getting the email, and no one else with admin privileges is getting the email either (we have checked our spam filters). How do I access recovery mode so we can get our site working again?
