Cannot access settings

I’ve been using this plugin on a newer site to test it out before adding it to my older sites. Tonight I had an issue with the appsumo 1 site bug and I’m not sure if this is related to it or not. I cleared the bug and created a 2nd license and added it to a 2nd site. On this new site I cannot access the settings tab that I can on the first site. Can anyone help me out with this on how to be able to get the settings?
