Cannot access short link

  • Hi
    I am facing a problem when I using SKU Shortlink plugin.
    I can access my product page when I input
    xxx.com/index.php/product/%SKU%/
    But when I use SKU Shortlink plugin chose /product/%SKU% in setting I cannot access xxx.com/product/%SKU%/

    I don’t know how to fix this problem? Can help me?
