Cannot access site

Hi, i have a website that was designed and hosted by the same company for 5yrs, all of a sudden the wp-admin login & password i have used all the time wont allow me into the admin screen i cannot get a reset password email or anything.My main issue is the company that host it arent replying to emails and i need to add an extra page.
I need to clarify if there is an extra control panel or some files i should have also, i am thinking of moving the site to a different host as tis is the 2nd problem of a similar issue i have had in the last 6 months
