• I’ve been building a new site for the past 2 weeks. Site is: brocansky.com. Theme is Silvia by Theme Junkie. As of this morning, I cannot access the site or the WP dashboard. When I go to the site, I get this error:

Warning: require(/home/michelle/public_html/brocansky.com/wp-content/themes/silvia/admin/customizer-library.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/michelle/public_html/brocansky.com/wp-content/themes/silvia/functions.php on line 193

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/michelle/public_html/brocansky.com/wp-content/themes/silvia/admin/customizer-library.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/michelle/public_html/brocansky.com/wp-content/themes/silvia/functions.php on line 193

I contacted my hosting service today and they said it’s an issue related to the theme code, but couldn’t help me troubleshoot it.

What do you suggest I try? I can get into the cPanel.

    thanks.

your current theme “silvia” seems to be the error.

To confirm, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.
