cannot access to contact form 7 rest api

Hi,
I want to set up an application that use wordress as backend in order to sedn some information to the user via contact form 7, the problem I have is that cannot access to cf7 rest api at the url: https://wpsite/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/id, I get:
{"code":"wpcf7_forbidden","message":"You are not allowed to access the requested contact form.","data":{"status":403}}

The rest api works fine with post and users, how can I solve?
