Cannot access to Network Admin

  • Dear supporter!
    I have a multisite with the latest WP.
    I am using JAWS screen reader and not able like to access to “My sites > Network Admin > Dashboard”.
    Jaws says that there is a list with five elements, but I cannot access to that five element of which includes Network admin menu item .

    Is this a bug or,I do it something wrong?

  • Hi!

    Can you try going directly to the Network Admin page by typing in the URL? It would be something like https://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/ . At least you’d be able to know you could still get to the page and maybe something broke for screenreaders in latest WP 5.6.

    (I wish I could provide more specific help but I don’t have JAWS screen reader software.)

    Hi macariojames,
    I am very glad that you replied. We are now using a network typing the URL intto the browser. I am asking this question to make it clear that it is a bug? What do you think?

    If this is a bug, I would write a ticket to the accessibility team.
