Cannot access to the website

  • Hi everyone,
    My website uses the Moesia theme. After updating the theme to version 1.53 and page builder by siteOrigin plugin version 2.16.10. I cannot access my website anymore.
    It is appearing with a long text “Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function etc…”.

    Please guide me on how to fix this problem or downgrade the theme and the plugins to the previous version.

    I am sorry for the delay in response.

    Probably you got incomplete upgrade for some reasons.

    Try accessing your site’s directory over your FTP/sFTP program, locate to wp-content/plugins/ directory, and remove the siteorigin-panels folder. Then reinstall the the Site Origin Page Builder plugin manually by downloading the plugin to your PC’s drive, and its files to the same directory.

    Remember that you should have wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels.

    I followed up on your guide but the error is still not fixed.

    Actually, after the Moesia theme was finished updating, I accessed my website then it shows this error. Afterward, I updated the Site Origin Page Builder plugin and hope it may help this problem.

    Would you please help me with another solution to fix this error?

    Call to undefined function wp_body_open()

    This error message indicates that you are running older version of WordPress. That function is part of the WordPress core code and introduced since version 5.2.0 of WordPress.

    Please rollback the theme version to avoid that error, update your WordPress, and update the theme.
