Cannot Access Woocommerce Orders Page

    Howdy!

    I cannot access the woocommerce orders page anymore, and it kicks me to the redirection page, even with the plugin turned off, and after clearing out the caches on everything I can clear.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

    I don’t understand your question. WPS Hide Login only replaces wp-login.php and wp-admin slugs.

    Sometimes we got same issue, need to use incognito mode to login or reach order page. Otherwise we get redirected to homepage

    In this case, are you using a cache plugin or a CDN ? Did you check if wp-admin and wp-login pages were cached ? These pages mustn’t be cached to avoid this kind of issue.

    We are using wp-rocket and cloudflare. Our WPS hide login url, /wp-admin/ and /wp-login/ are specified under “never cache url(s)”. Anything else i could look at?

    Strange. The description you shared is clearly a cache issue. Then, these URLs are necessarily cached somewhere.

    What happens when caches from WP Rocket and Cloudflare are cleared ?

    So, I think there is a conflict with another plugin. Actually, WPS Hide Login redirects to 404 when someone tries to reach wp-admin or wp-login.php without login, not to homepage.

    Try to deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login, purge every cache and test again.
