  • It could be a faulty plugin or theme option causing the redirect loop.

    I would use either FTP or your hosts cPanel.. and rename the “plugins” directory. This will force all plugins to deactivate.

    See if this fixes the redirect issue. If it does, you should be able to log into your WP admin panel. Rename the plugins directory back to it’s original name.. and you can reactivate plugins. If the error happens again, you should know which plugin is causing the issue.

    Very strange I get the look of logged on.

    The menu system appears at the top – making you think that you can add or edit pages.

    Clicking on them I get a 404 error.

    Hmmm… have you changed anything in your .htaccess or wp-config.php files?

    When exactly did this start happening?

    Not changed a thing. Very strange.

    Only discovered it today.
