Whenever I try to access my wp-admin screen (and other ‘pages’) I get this warning message . . . .
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /hermes/waloraweb004/b638/pow.songsbydickgrovescom/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/update.class.php:1) in /hermes/waloraweb004/b638/pow.songsbydickgrovescom/htdocs/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207

I suspect it is something to do with the new revolution slider in Slam! theme, but have absolutely no idea how to resolve. Please be gentle (and basic) with your replies as I am a newbie to all this! Thanks.

You have unexpected whitespace (either a space or an entire line) on line 1 of the /wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/update.class.php file. See this guide for more info.

Alternatively, replacing the file with one from a fresh download may resolve the issue.

Thanks James. Might as well be in a foreign language. I got pow web to sort it out. But still can’t get the rev slider to replace the existing QT slider on home page. Any clues?

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
