Cannot acess page.php

Hi,
I am running https://www.gentledentalabroad.com/, with medical plus theme from goodlayers.
I am trying to access my page.php file via filezilla. I can locate it on search , but it does not show on the dropdown menu, and I cannot open, vew it etc. Any ideas?
