    Hello,
I tried to use the plugin and got it working for one photo (uploaded from lightroom to wordpress). Looked nice! But then I tried one of the settings on the wordpress side and after that I got all connection errors to te server. So I renamed the plugin, so it would not load anymore and everything worked again smoothly. Then I reinstalled the plugin but now when I try to activiate it I got no response at all and I cannot get back into the wp-admin. What is going wrong and where can I find a solution?

Question, does this plugin only work for large hosting accounts? or can the small people also use it?
I would want to try the plugin a bit more before the 1 week trial end.
    Thanks for help

    Hello Lein,

Actually I am not sure why you tried to do ?? You should simply install the plugin, without renaming or doing anything special. If there is a connection error, then we can look at it. Usually, and unfortunately, those issues are coming from the hosting services that block you after a few requests. That happens less and less but with cheaper hosting services, it is still happening. What hosting service are you using?

Also, delete the plugin and re-install it normally. The plugin doesn’t mess or break your install, it’s not possible, if it doesn’t work we just need to look into connection issues.

Let me know your URL so that I can reset that URL ??

    Thanks for the quick reply!

It could be a problem with the hosting services (unfortunately). I’m using web10.nl.

marjoleinhermans . nl / word-border (please remove link after use)
I was just starting/setting up this new website.

I would be happy if you could help me getting this up and running! Especially the option to use metadata in the caption is great, and of course the uploading of files, although I’m afraid that might be the bottleneck for me with the current hosting service.

    I tried again:

Indeed, this time-out shows that the hosting service is doing something against those requests, basically blocking them. The best is to ask them, it has happened in the past and most hosting services are willing to help, especially since updating WP in many ways through the API is becoming more and more common.

You could contact the support and ask them to let you access the WordPress API endpoints from a remote computer?

I did not get any reply from my hosting service.Appears to be a dead end.
I changed to a different hosting service (with also a different domain). And everything runs smoothly. SUPER!!

That’s a good news ?? Actually, what was the hosting service you were using before? And now? Any difference in price? Thank you ??

    Hi Jordy

Installed the plugin but it won’t login. All login details are correct. Tried most of the stuff on your debug page but no joy. The site is hosted by wordpress
https://johnclarkphotography.blog . give you me your email and ill send you the login details. This has wound me up for about 8 hrs today so its not for the want of trying!
