    Hi,

We cannot duplicate the issue. Can you please confirm your server’s PHP version and WordPress version? What theme are you using? Can you check if there is anything in the PHP error log?

    Thanks

I have PHP version 7.1, WordPress 4.9, Zerif Pro Theme. No error logs for that day.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

As far as we can tell, this is likely a special case of server issue or could be your site has some malware. We see others reporting similar problems.
    1. First do a scan with WordFence to find out if your WordPress is secure
    2. Try downloading the plugin package, then upload with FTP to the wp-contents/plugins folder. Go to WP backend and activate the plugin.
    3. See if you can install other plugin files.

Let us know after you try these.

    Thanks

Really? There is no malware on my server (how presumptuous of you!)

Honestly, come on you think we are idiots, of course I tried every possible option to upload and activate this plugin.

Maybe it’s because you bundled two plugins?

    Hi,

Sorry but it seems like you took our suggestions quite mistakenly. These are standard steps for troubleshooting any problem. It’d presumptuous of us if we did not ask these 1st just to make sure.

Portfolio X uses Option tree framework but not as another plugin. Does your theme uses Option tree as well for its settings or something else? Can you provide a list of active plugins? If you have more information regarding the option tree conflict, please share with us. Do you get the same error when trying to activate through FTP upload?

OK, sorry I jumped on your comment.

No other use of Option Tree.
