I imported them from Artisteer and it says import was successful. However, when I activate the them I get errors all the way down the page.

called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. I’ve tried creating theme with two different versions of Artisteer

  • Have you tried asking for support from Artisteer? If not, here’s where you can submit a trouble ticket https://www.artisteer.com/?p=support. Moreover, what do you mean by “I imported them from Artisteer”?

Yes, I did open a ticket with Artisteer. They don’t know what the issue is.

Well, that’s not very helpful of them! Hmm, I guess your first troubleshooting steps should be to eliminate the idea that the issue has to do with a conflict between a 3rd party plugin and your theme. Unlikely, but if you can narrow the issue down to a default WordPress and their plugin then that should help pinpoint the issue.

Moreover, have you tried installing a different theme the same way you are trying to install the one from Artisteer? And, if so, were you successful?

I reloaded WordPress, uploaded my theme and all seems to be working as should so far.
