Cannot activatie free 0-2000 plan

    Hi,
    I downloaded Mailpoet V3 and installed it, but now I cannot do anything because I get “activiation key to send with Mailpoet is not valid”. It keeps sending me to the MP account where I only choose premium plans.

  • Hi Myra,

    The free sending plan is currently not available for new subscriptions because this plan is going to be discontinued.

    Instead, we will have a new free option (including both sending service + Premium) up to 1,000 subscribers: https://www.mailpoet.com/were-preparing-a-new-free-plan

    You can still use the plugin and temporarily send with your host. Go to Settings > Advanced > Send with…, and chose “Other” instead of “MailPoet”.

    Stay on this sending method until we launch the new free plan ??

    Hi, thanks for your reply. This is not the ideal solution for us. We have another account, our first account which was good, but now it says it will expuire on May 25th (I think I did something wrong there?).

    Will it be possible to activate this account again? Because we have this key.
