Cannot Add A New Page

  • Every time I go to add a new page now and I click to submit, it says “Submit for review” and then tells me I am not allowed to add a page…How do I fix this?

    I logged out and then logged back in with the same login and pw I created when I made my account..I didnt know I had 2 logins…How do I know which login I am logged in with?

    I just changed my PW and its still not allowing me to add a page along with some other things…

    Add a new user with admin rights !
    and try logging in with that user
