Cannot add a new payment method

The customers of the websites told us they’re not able to change their credit card on their WooCommerce account.

I tried it and it says like : “There was a problem adding the payment method”.

Because, the thing is, we cannot see the fields to fill the credit card. We see STRIPE and PAYPAL, but we don’t have the fields like “name”, “card number” and “ccv”.

So, here’s what I did to test :
– I activated and looked into the debug.log. There was an error with ELEMENTOR, but removed the plugin and installed it again, the error never showed up again.
– I looked into the Chrome console to see JavaScript error. There was one concerning Elementor… again. Then, I disabled Elementor, but it didn’t changed anything.
– After, I disabled all the plugins, except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. It didn’t change anything.
– And finally, I switched the Astra theme to “Storefront”.

I now have a simple Storefront website with only 2 plugins and the error still there.
I’m probably sure it’s either “WooCommerce” or “Woocommerce Stripe Gateway”.
