Cannot add a new user to the site.

  • Hi there,

    I cannot add a new user to word-press. Ive tried deactivating all plugins and reverting back to the original theme but still it will not work. It says “User has been created” but then when I search for them its not there.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated ??

  • Are they sitting in “Users ? Unconfirmed”, because they haven’t yet clicked on the email link that they have been sent?
