• Hello Mailpoet Team,

    I’m having an issue with a specific subscriber. The person in question cannot be added to the mailing list. I’ve tried the following.

    1. Adding the subscriber to the a list via the webform seem to work (not getting any errors). However when checking the backend the subscriber is not added to the list.
    2. I’ve tried to add this subscriber manually but the results were still the same. Subscriber not added to the list and also no error messages.
    3. The issue only seems to occur with this subscriber who has an @hotmail.com account. Adding any other subscribers works just fine.
    4. I’ve even checked her email address and that also verifies.

    I would grateful with any assistance with this issue.

    Hi there @ferdiax,

    Just to confirm, you are able to add the subscriber and they show up under MailPoet > Subscribers, however the specific list you are trying to add them to never gets applied, correct?

    Is the subscriber in “Subscribed” status?

    If you filter for that specific list using the dropdown (as shown below), do you see the subscriber show up in a different status?

    Sorry for the delay with my response.

    I’m able to add the subscriber without getting any errors, however the subscriber is not being added to the list.

    The same happens if i add the subscriber through the subscription form on the frontend.

    Just now i updated Mailpoet to the latest version (4.41.3) and the subscriber is once again visible in the subscribers list. Strange!

    Can you please confirm that updating the plugin resolved the issue?
