Cannot add additional fields

The default fields work fine with this program. You can even toggle some of them off so they do not show up on the form but, it is impossible to add additional fields to any form. Each time I add a new field, text field, the update button just spends like it is updating but never stops and updates. I left it spending for over an hr just to see… nothing.
I have tried this app with several client websites I have built and it’s the same result. I am now looking to use a different app, one that will actually work.
Not impressed!
