Cannot add another submission email & submissions not showing

    For the past couple of weeks, I have been unable to add a second email where submissions will be forwarded. When I try, I get this message: “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

    Today, I updated to the newest version of the plugin but I still get that error. In addition, I am now not able to see any of the submissions. It shows that I have a number of submissions but when I try to view them, the screen is blank.

    Greetings!

    Would you be kind and ask your Hosting provider to disable Mod_Security.It should assist in resolving the existing issue.

    We are working to remove this issue and provide a solution within upcoming plugin updates.
