Cannot add any blocks

Every time I click on the plus sign to “Add a new block” the editor screen goes blank and I receive a message that reads “The editor has encountered an unexpected error”. Along with 3 buttons I can click: “Attempt Recovery” “Copy post text” “Copy error”
When I clicked on “Copy Error“, I received a page full of information – Shown below the ====== below.
The only way to recover is to hit the back button or close the tab and edit the post/page again. I experienced the same issue in multiple web browsers. If I am editing a previously created post/page I can duplicate a block then edit it and save OK.
The problem went away when I deactivated Advanced Gutenberg editor plug in. I also found I can deactivate the Advanced Gutenberg editor, create and publish my post. Then I can then re-activate the Advanced Gutenberg editor so that the pages I have previously created using any of the Advanced Gutenberg plug in blocks will work again (image slider, advanced columns). Otherwise, they are “broken”.
Any suggestions? I often use the Advanced Gutenberg blocks.
