Cannot add any events

Hey @bublitzcreative. Starting with the basics… can you confirm if the plugin is activated as this is the menu that appears when the plugin is installed but not activated in the “plugins” section.

If you already did have you previously activated The Events Calendar on the site before?

If you deactivate and then activate again does it bring in the option to Add Events?

Are you able to check your error logs and see if anything is in them?

If you installed the plugin through the WordPress dashboard’s “add new” plugin functionality, can you try uninstalling, then instead downloading the plugin and FTP it to your site?`

Please let me know if you’re continuing to see this error after trying the above.

Also please ensure you’re using the latest version of WordPress.

I finally got the Add Events to appear, but then on my individual events pages, only the description was appearing; not the dates nor times. I finally gave up and switched to a different events plugin which worked perfectly the first time I used it.
