Regarding this error, there could be some known factors:
- The AJAX add to cart does not load properly
- One of the subproducts is unpurchasable, thus making the whole bundle unpurchasable.
- Caching plugins cause incorrect stock update
Above are some know factors we have found related to this error. If these aren’t the culprit, then there are unknown conflict on your site that caused this. It happens to random bundles on some sites with specific settings, not all bundle users. We still do not have enough data to reproduce the issue exactly.
I have sent a report to our developers. We are constantly updating the cause list to make sure we have a complete picture of this issue. Hopefully, our developers can provide a solution soon.
