Cannot add Custom HTML widget to Grid Layout

    Hi,
    I am currently working on building some new menus and I am unable to add the Custom HTML (or any) widget to the Grid Layout mega menu. I have other instances of the Custom HTML widget in other submenus, however, when I build a new menu item with submenus, I am unable to add the Custom HTML widget. When I attempt to add, I get a 500 error on the admin-ajax.php file (this seems to be the issue).
    Can you please let me know what I need to do in order to resolve this issue?

    Hi Jason,

    Please can you check your server error logs? There should be an actual error message behind that 500 which should shed some light on what the problem is.

    @megamenu I actually figured it out. there was a conflict between the mega menu plugin and another plugin, once both were updated to the latest versions, everything seems to be working as intended. Thanks for your assistance!
