Cannot add custom taxonomy to page URL

Hello, Pods team,

I made a new taxonomy for pages on https://hnr2023.2sinn.it/ (I know SSL doesn’t work at the moment) called, “Regionen”. In its Advanced Options, I checked “Rewrite”. I then made a new page “Hausnotruf” and selected “Frankfurt” as its region.

I expected the URL to come out as https://hnr2023.2sinn.it/frankfurt/hausnotruf, but it’s only https://hnr2023.2sinn.it/hausnotruf. What am I doing wrong?
