    Hi.

I’m using erp plugin. After installation, I follow the step to create detail of company, detail of dapartment, and designation. After finish the step, I try to add employee using ‘add your fisrt employee’ button. But the browser become black only. I click anyplace in the browser, it return to normal.

So, I try using the add-on HR Frontend. I can add department and designation using this plugin. But, for employee part, I can add the employee, but it will only add the user in wordpress, with role as ’employee’. But not appear in ERP HR employee list. The employee still 0.

    Please help.

    Hello @hazwan89

    Thanks for sharing the details.

I do not see any issue with the site’s health. So, possibly a conflict with any other theme or plugin might cause the problem.

I’d recommend you to try after disabling the other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to find out if it’s a conflict. Disabling other plugins is temporary, just to find out the conflict.

Let us know again. Or you can contact our support center directly for further assistance.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I’ve deactivated all other plugin except ERP, still no luck.

I can only add employee using HR-Frontend. But under overview page, list of employee is still 0. Even though the user already been created in wp-admin/users. It seems like the employee page is not linked to the user table.

    Hello @hazwan89

To be more confirm, I have checked it again in all the possible ways. It all seems good here. Check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/3Ab0F2

Please debug the problem on your site and check the debug log- if there is any error. Or if you need help from us to debug the problem, contact our support center with the reference of this conversation.

    Thanks

[EDITED]Hey I’m testing this plugin for a project and I was having the same issue – Added Employees weren’t showing up in the plugin’s Employee list. I uninstalled and left a comment about why just now. However, I had an idea and decided to try the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, which returns WP 5.6 back to the legacy 1.12.4-wp jquery version, and it started working right away. It’s this only change I made. You should also know that I’m using Divi Theme with this site.
[EDIT]I now think it was a caching issue at my server – I think the plugin is working now, but I had to turn off my Redis object cache on my staging site, or at least flush the cache.
The plugin seems to be working great now!

    Hello @greggdavis

Good to hear you have already sorted out the problem. Yes, sometimes hard cache may cause such kind of problems.

However, if you face any further problems that we can help you with, feel free to let us know with a new support topic here or from our website support area.

    Thanks

    (@thebengalboy)

Checked locally and it all seems okay here. I’m not sure what is happening to you but please make sure your site date format and the WP ERP date format are the same.

Also, the date of hire can not be a future date.

    thanks

Hello @hazwan89 did you resolve the issue? if so, what was causing the issue as we have been facing the exact same issue and we still haven’t solved it. I’d appreciate it if you could possibly let me know how it was fixed.

    Hello @malekaljboor

As per the forum guidelines, I’d request you to open a new topic about the issue you are facing. WP ERP doesn’t have a problem unless there is any other glitch that is causing the problem.

Please open a new topic or directly contact our support center.

    Thanks
