I’m running ninja forms in WP 3.5 in a test situation and I can create new forms change the settings etc. then I go to ‘field settings’ but when I click on the fields nothing happens. I can hit save field settings and it says it was successful but I am not able to add any fields to my forms.

I updated the plugin from 1.x version to 2.0.1 but I did not have any forms yet. After upgrading all my plugins yesterday I also updated WordPress to 3.5 and I deactivated all other plugins but no change.

I just updated the plugin to 2.0.6 and I can add form fields now, thank you for your help!

There was an error with our commit to the WordPress repo. If you download the plugin again and re-upload it, that will take care of the problem. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

If I uninstall this plugin and reinstall manually, will it delete my tables? If it doesn’t delete my tables, will it recognize them when it reinstalls? I have backups of my database but would like to minimize the amount of time my contact forms are down. Thank you!

(I am posting this as a reply because I’m having the same issues as above–a multisite network that isn’t allowing the fields to be moved or forms to be saved.)

The plugin stores the forms and fields inside the WordPress MySQL db. Removing the files and re-uploading them won’t affect those.

It’s still not working for me. Is there any way you could help us determine why it won’t save forms/load fields in our multisite installation?

Ninja Forms isn’t currently designed to be network activated/deactivated via multi-site. It needs to be activated on each of your blog installs. If you used network activation, chances are that the proper databases weren’t created.

We hope to add support for this in the near future.

If you have activated each of the blogs individually and still have the problem, I might be free tomorrow (I live in GMT) to take a look at it.

I’ve tried that but it hasn’t made a difference. If you have a minute to help, I’d really appreciate it.

You can send me temporary wp-admin credentials: [email protected].

All my forms disappeared. I tried to reinstall de plugin and nothing change. If I try to create a new form, it isn’t work. Anyone can help me?

I am trying to create a multi-part form, and have all of the necessary extensions. Everything was working fine for the first 3 pages, but now I can no longer save field settings. I have already changed the php.ini file, updated WordPress, toggled the plugin on and off, etc, and nothing is helping the situation.
