Cannot add image for logo or background

  • Hi..

    I am trying to set up the plugin …but for some reason I cannot add images – it does not open up the gallery.

    This is what shows up in console:

    PS. I also had to enable the JS version as buttons YES/NO were not working, maybe due to caching. I use Fastest Cache + Autoptimize.

    Hi @vaschops,

    Firstly, yes if you have any caching JS is the way to go.

    As for the error, it’s not something I’ve been able to reproduce. I wonder if another plugin is enqueuing the media library and causing a conflict. Are you able to deactivate all other plugins and see if the error continues?

    If it doesn’t, we can then try and find what one causes it. If it does, I’ll look more to see if I can replicate it.
