• After adding 1 piece of media (an image), the thumbnail never appears (even on hover), and I cannot edit portfolio (name or add additional media).

    I have disabled cacheing and activated / deactivated / reinstalled the plug-in,

    Thanks for your post.
    Seems that the errors you have received are related to a conflict with another plugin.
    Please follow the steps below and if the same issue still exists, we will be glad to have your website link to check the issue at our end (in the case if the errors appear at the backend, it will be nice to have some screenshots of the console or a video record to show when and where the problem exists)

    1) deactivate/delete the plugin
    2) deactivate all your plugins
    3) change your current theme to one of WordPress default themes for a few seconds
    4) clear your browser cache
    5) install the plugin and activate it

    After following the process outlined above, the issue still remains (with only your extension active).

    I created a video of the session so that you can see the behaviors.
