Cannot add info window

  • Hi,
    You helped me with an issue a few days ago and I really appreciate it.
    Since then we’ve gone ahead and purchased the Pro version.

    Now I’m having a problem with the info window. I cannot add anything and it has this %%WPEDITOR%% in the area instead.

    How do I fix this?

    Also, is it possible to edit the markers or do I have to completely recreate them if I need to adjust something?

    I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, disabled all other plugins, reinstalled WordPress…none of those things helped.

    This is a very serious issue as it means that I cannot use the plug in as advertised.
