I opened the console and found this line:

Sorry I am totally lost, bit of a newbie with WP. I just know that the Plugin worked fine before, but it doesn’t with the new version. Is it possible to install an old plugin version to see if that might help?

you need to speak to your host / server admin / webmaster

there are 500 server errors only they they will be able to tell you where they come from
that the plugin does not work, is a symptom, but the cause is also quite possibly elsewhere

as mentioned, enable debug and check your debug log . it is most likely going to tell you where your problem is , or at least point you in the right direction
