Cannot Add Logo/Thumbnail

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thank you – that did the trick. I’ll email the other plugin dev, but if you’re interested for purposes of making Rank Math more “bulletproof”, the offending plugin was WP Copy Media URL – a small time-saving plugin, but not critical to my site, so I’ve disabled it.

Glad that helped. It seems like that plugin is running its scripts on all the admin pages whereas it should run them only where they are needed. Should be an easy fix for them.
