Cannot Add Media, Tags, or click on Help

  • There must be a javascript error that’s breaking that functionality. You might also want to switch to a different theme just to confirm but it’s either a plugin or the theme that’s causing the JS error. Figure out which and then attempt to narrow down where the error is coming from.

    You can also look at you JS console in your browser which will tell you where the error is coming from.

    Shutting down the plugins did nothing. Switching to a different theme fixed every problem. I can click on anything and add media, but not when I switch back to my old theme (moviescope v1.4). So the problem is the theme.

    How do I fix it?

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.
