Cannot "Add Media" To Page Or Post After WP 3.5 Installation

    Just upgraded to WP 3.5. Not seeing the fancy new Media area, looks like it always did. Also, I cannot “Add Media” to a page or post. I have read through some solutions, none work. I have tried

    1) Turning off all plugins. Still can’t Add Media
    2) Adding

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

    before

    require_once(ABSPATH . 'wp-settings.php');

    In the wp-config.php file. Still can’t Add Media.

    Any other ideas what might be causing this? Or how to fix it?
