I am using a free subscription to the plugin. When I enter new images into the gallery and click the save button, the page reloads, but the newly added images are not there. No, there are 133 images in the gallery. Please, someone tell me what is going on there. Is it a limitation of free subscription?

    Dear @isuru2023,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention that the plugin?itself?doesn’t have any limitations.?
However,?there may be a?limitation?set?by?your?Server. That is why this?kind?of?issue?may?arise?for?you.

So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or do it on your own via the cPanel

    max_input_vars?20000
    max_execution_time 600
    max_input_time 600

    Thank you.

Hi, I also have the same issue. I have created the php.ini file and added the values you wrote. Still the same issue. Thank you

    Dear @getoptica,

    Thank you for your reply.

Most presumably, your Server doesn’t take into consideration the values set in the php.ini, due to which the following problem arises.

If possible, please either expand the PHP values from the cPanel or get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to do so.
To check whether the changes have been applied or not, please head to Tools > Site health > Info > Server.

    See the screenshot below:

    Thank you.

P.S. Please feel free to open a new topic each time you have new questions/problems so that the information can be accessible to other users as well.
