Cannot add new images

    I’m trying to add new photos to the Summer filter/tab in the Gallery towards the bottom of this site but am unable to.

    I’ve already updated the server settings to the following:
    max_input_vars = 5000
    post_max_size = 256M
    memory_limit = -1
    max_input_time = -1
    max_input_nesting_level = 256
    upload_max_filesize = 256M
    max_file_uploads = 100
