Cannot add new profile search form

    When trying to add a new profile search form I get:

    Hi Markus,

    I’m unable to replicate this issue.

    Could you temporarily switch to one of the default themes (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Two) and see if your site works properly with PHP 8.0?
