Cannot add new quiz

    I cannot add new quizes. When I try to add a Quiz block, I get this message: “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” So the block is added, but does not display to allow me to select the desired quiz. Short codes also do not work. The Chrome developer tools console tab displays this error:

    I have all my plugins on auto update and I have updared to the latest version of the Kadence theme. The wordpress version is managed by Siteground and is 6.2 and is automatically updated.

    I have tried to re-create the problem on another site using the free version of the quiz plugin and all the plugins from my main site but I cannot reproduce the problem. My one year business subscription has expired, but the ays-pro website says the plug-in should still work. The plugin version is 8.7.0.

    It would be great to have an answer to this issue, but it would also be good get advice about what I should test or investigate next to thow more light on this problem.

    Thank you for the topic.

    We have checked and noticed that you are using a old version of the plugin.
    As it is an old version, it is not compatible with the latest WordPress version.

    So, you need to update the plugin to the latest version and check the case that way.
    Surely make a DB Backup for your safety (You can use UpdraftPlus).
