Cannot add NEW TICKET after the new update on the plugin

Hi we have updated the staging site plugin into the new version of
Event Tickets(Version 5.19.0), Event Tickets Plus(Version 6.1.4) and The Events Calendar (Version 6.10.0). After that update we cannot add new ticket to the blocks editor. Refer to the error below:
“Your site doesn’t include support for the “tribe/tickets-item” block. You can leave it as-is or remove it.”

Gladly this happens only on staging site, the live site is not affected as this wasn’t update to the new version.Error: https://snipboard.io/uvD4Zl.jpg
